Educational web app
A web app for a Dutch educational network. Schools use it to file their yearly quality-criteria self-assessment. Redesign and expansion: design system, dashboard, multi-step forms, full submission flow.

Meal-delivery prototype
A meal-delivery prototype for an elderly-care-adjacent service. One repo, three surfaces: a Dutch customer site, an admin platform, and a driver app. Clickable end-to-end on mock data, so stakeholders can review the full flow before the backend exists.

A crossword-maker platform. Internal tool for a Bulgarian puzzle publisher. Designed to replace the manual composition workflow.

Reusable patterns, design tokens, shadcn and Tailwind. Maintained in Figma and code, kept in sync.

Designs I built myself. I either ship the front-end directly or hand to developers as a working prototype with every state covered, happy path through edge cases.

Define the problem
Before any design, the brief: what's this product for, who uses it daily, what are the technical limits, which existing workflows need to survive the redesign. Constraints first, canvas second.
Decide in tokens, not pixels
Type scale, color palette, spacing, radius: defined once, reused everywhere. For larger projects that means Figma with components and variables. For smaller ones I skip Figma and design directly in my component library.
Build it
Figma to React, or straight to React. Claude Code is my build partner: it writes the boilerplate, I make the calls. I brief it in implementation units (padding, radius, token names) and verify visually before committing.
Ship, watch, refine
For freelance and personal projects I deploy and maintain. For client work I hand developers code that already runs. Either way I stay involved after launch, where the real product feedback lives.
